Finbar
I have one of the old ones and I am very happy with it, I did talk to the rep at the Manchester Caravan show about the new model. I told him of the problems I have had with my older version, which to the there credit they sorted them out.
I had a good look at the new version with the two extra poles at the side's, the material did seem thicker as well.
For what they are designed for I would not hesitate to replace my old one with a new one when the time comes, like I have said we have used ours on numerous occasions even with the grandchildren and its coped well.
They are also very quick to erect and put away once you have done it a few times, but if you are not 6ft tall you will need some sort of step, I use my van step to zip the bag up.
All in all good for the purpose.
