Has anyone brought an awning lately. What bags did you get with them. I've just had a new "Apache Windsor" delivered and the poles are in a hessian sack and the awnings in a nylon type canvas sack. Will probably now buy some zipped bags for the job as they seem a bit basic compared to the lightweight awning bags.
I got al my bags from the link Michael put up but got mine on ebay through them here
They are fast to deliver and good strong bags I got everything £30 ish but I know all the bags match and it did work out cheaper than buyig them seperate one by one
We always used Isabella bags for our awnings, when we had caravans, since the top zips make it much easier to put poles and canvas in (see 'large awning' and 'frame' bags) They are tough and durable, too, and the handles mean they can be carried easily by two people.

Just checked daisybevs ebay link. Full set of bags for all the van stuff,AND a hitch cover. Fantastic value. Bought one straightaway. Thanks for the link daisybev
Our full awwning came in a plasticy bag for the awning and a hessian sack for the poles. our Porch awning all goes into a nice carry bag complete with instructions stiched into it. The awning is almost as big as the full awning and easy to put up plus when all folded up it all fits in a nice bag the size of a small sports bag. Excellent piece of kit, even though it cost us more than the full awning. (Got a great discount on the full awning when we bought the van)
I work for a laundry and we use large cloths sacks for soiled laundry which would be excellent for keeping an awning in. I'm sure if you have a commercial/ industrial laundry (a launderette probably wouldn't use them)they would sell you some used ones for a few pounds. I'm sure we get new ones for under £5 each.
