I`ve called mayday twice,once when the wife opened the boot to put the shopping in and put the car keys in as well then closed the boot,and once when a small hosepipe burst,they came both times within 30 mins,the first time was a bank holiday,the second time sunday 2.30am,I wanted give them a tip as a thank you but they both refused saying thank`s but it`s my job,it`s mayday for me everytime

Mayday have been excellent, called them out 2 when not towing and once towing.  One thing though when we broke down when towing we were going on holiday and had done 25 miles  and had another 200 and so to do.  We asked about the double journey cover and they denied it existed until we pointed out in the cover document so it is worth knowing what they cover you for as the people on the other end of the phone might not
