I had a quick look on the web last night for you and I think Harrison Awnings are no longer trading, as the website address is pointing anywhere but to them.
Sorry, someone with the same awning may be able to help, we had the Harrison Berkely and it wasn't easy the first time, although after that is was a doddle.
