I would be tempted to replace it & not have the risk of causing yourself a damp problem. Could you possibly fit it yourself? this would be a big saving.

We (or rather my dad) reapired our shower tray.  Ours had gone around the plug hole and in one of the corners.  He removed the tray from the van and repaired it from underneath using a fibre glass type filler and giving it a really generous covering.  He also went around all the other corners to strengthen them.

Try contacting these guys- they did a good job on our shower tray after our waste pushed straight out of the tray, taking an inch of plastic all round with it!!http://www.plastic-shower-specialists.com/

See you all soon, Bernard

I am just about to order our new shower tray from Discover (Barrons) its £80, the firring was going to cost about £250-300, labour for all day, so hubby is going to fit it, maybe take him longer, but we cant find £300 for fitting at the mo.  Good luck in your search shreko.

Thats the place we used, we also went there when we had our old Compass Rallye and something fell off a truck on the motorway and smashed the front. The Insurers wrote it off, but let us keep the "salvage". Mike took the front off and made a copy on his press in GRP. I recommend this place to everyone.

Why not try Speedliner. It has successfully been used in the past for this type of repair. (See MMM Magazine March 2008 issue page 244.) You may need to provide more support under the tray before it is re-lined. Expanded foam will do the trick. Go to http://www.speedlinereuro.com/leisure.html to see this product and its applications. You should be able to find a local agent who will give you further advice and a quote. It will be much less cost and effort than a new tray and you will get a much stronger leakproof and non-slip floor.
