Bit confused here, the Primus boilers all use wet radiator pipes running all the way round the inside edge of the van, you will probably see this as it passes the door.
Once the boilers fired up it takes a while for the heat to come up the walls from under the seating areas. Circulation is mostly by natural convection so an air bubble in the pipe or the van not level will stop the water circulating.
