We're looking for a storage site around Swindon. Can any local members recommend anywhere? The one we were using has just closed down, sold off for house building!

Which one is closing?

Theres 2 over at Cricklade / Minety area + one at Malmesbury.  Another alongside the A419 nr the old HappyEater place or 2 at Wooton Bassett / Lyneham area. Another at Devizes too.

Pete, the one by the A419 sounds interesting. That's not far from us. Do you know the contact details by any chance?

We were stored at Northern Road Nurseries which was ideal and it was reasonably priced, but as I say they have sold all the land off for development. We had to be off by the end of March.

Winnie, yes Chippenham is a bit far away.

Hi bucciali, Have you tried AC Nutland, Lower Salthrop Farm? they only have room for about 45 vans & are usually full, but maybe worth a phone call. 01793-812317

Winnie, can I ask where in Chippenham is there storage? We currently store our van down near Melksham, but live in Chippenham, so would be interested if there's one closer to home.

Thanks for your input everyone. The panic is over for a while, the deal on the van we were buying has fallen through. I expect we'll be looking again soon though.
