We have used Municipal Libraries all over the world.

Some make a nominal charge but most offer a free service. (It improves your language skills at the same time when you have to ask for it)

will not pay silly prices for monthly use.just started to use Wifi,i am on it now at keswick.£3 for one hour,£6 for 24 hours,which is what i pay.like you only want to check emails and get on to this site.ukcs.

I only pay £5 a month for 1GB of usage which is more than enough for checking e-mails, bank and this fine forum  Thats a lot better than paying for 1 or 24 hours use at a time.

Im on 3G it's half price for contract customers with a free dongle.
