I read it when the Mag landed but didn't bother filling it in then got an E mail off them with a link to it on line after about 10mins filling it in the site froze but I tried again and it froze at the same point so I didn't try again

Although taking a deposit is sometimes a pain at least it will be credited to your account assuming you tell them in advance you arnt coming.

As most of you are aware the Caravan Club does not take deposits but is there a system in place to stop people say booking every weekend  knowing full well they wont be able to use them.
