Michael, you can find the direction you want to find which way to point your dish off this site. I use the magnetic azimuth as I use a compass rather than a sat finder.

also remember to rotate the dish slowly and keep stopping as it needs time to decode the signal for digital, so much for technology with the old analogue signal you just had to put the tv on sky news, spin the dish and when sky news came on hey-presto, you were in business

i just take the receiver from home and have got a spare dish so i can get my motorsport if i am away
