<!--bmi_SafeAddOnload(bmi_load,"bmi_orig_img",1);//-->The Lunar Venus range ticks all your boxes and comes with a fixed bed or twin singles in the longer models, they are also a very good specification for an entry level caravan, bright and modern inside and light enough for most family cars to tow.
We spotted the two berth being towed behind a diesel Yaris on our last trip out to Norfolk, and it seemed to be making good progress without slowering down the rest of the traffic flow.
The downside is that at the moment, finding a secondhand example would be rare, although there maybe a few of this years model up for grabs in the autumn clearance sales at a bargain price.

Hi, had a look and yes they would be ideal. A bit too new to be affordable though. Budget about 4,500 quid.
you could make your own. thats what many in the teardrop club do. not that difficult . can have what ever you want then .and cheaply .
my teardrop /pod was made about 30 yrs ago and is still going strong .
One of bugbears is the inability to buy narrower/shorter vans with high spec. There are a few entry level vans about that are narrower BUT nothing with Alde heating etc.
We manage our 7ft 5 van down our drive but something back closer to 7ft would make life easier.

Hi, just contacted a guy about a kip and waiting to hear back. I thnk though we will probably settle for a conventional 2 berth - i've seen a challenger the right dimensions - as long as it has a motor mover. Although we have a narrow drive there is a tight bend into it and sits on a slope. Our last van was a elddis avante and we got it in - it took 3 folk an hour, after that it went into storage!

Saw a lovely one at this place recently, with a motor mover already on. It was a beauty.
Hi Jax365 We started out with a Kip Kompark and it was brillant the two bunks were over 6ft my husband is 6ft 5in no problem with him slleeping and at the same time we brought a awning to fit on the back and a Fiat Uno 60s pulled it no trouble going to Blackpool from Lincolnshire .. Ours was not a new one what yours like .................

It's the same as yours I think! Kip Kompakt 300, 1982 vintage. If you click on my gallery, you'll see the pics. I was recently looking at a larger Kip caravan to replace it, but then I thought there was nothing wrong with the one I've got - and I can't bear to part with her! So I've just had a motor mover fitted and bought a new awning. Hey ho, good for another 5 years at least!
Jkeohara, have you advertised it in the free adverts section? More people are likely to look for an advert than hunt through all these threads in the hope of finding a caravan for sale.
