Just thought i would say I am reluctantly selling my touring van and awning the last week in Sep ..If anyone is thinking of buying one towards the end of the yr....

It is a 98 Sterling Europa...officially a 5 berth however would say more a 4...End wash room, full awning with annex......No Damp...in excellent condition.

Just thought if anyone fancies a bargain and is in the midst of saving for a van......(pics available)....

Going abroad next yr to celebrate hubbys 40th so it won't get used next yr....seems pointless it sitting on my drive when someone else can get the use out of it.....

Super Van

Hi

I noticed you actually first advertised your van in December 2007, did you change your mind then and decide to give it another go between then and now?

You haven't had it long - it does grow on you in the end!!

Hi

Yes i did advertise it but we changed our minds and have kept it...It is sited at the moment in Great Yarmouth but i have changed shifts at work and now work Sat and Sun nights so to be honest weekends are out for us to use it. We have another 3 weeks booked to go there but to get the use we really could do with using it weekends..

Also my hubby is 40 next year and there is 11 of us going abroad to celebrate so the van will maybe get used for 2 weeks max next year...It seems expensive to insure it to use for 2 weeks only. My boys love the van but to be honest they are now at the age where they just want to go swimming all day too and the good ole british weather doesn't let that happen very often...

We may have another van in a couple of yrs.......who knows.....

We did that last year. Fed up of the rain we spent the money going abroad this Easter, and this summer will be in a tent.

How much is your van up for now?

Yes we have had 2 weeks so far....Easter it snowed and Whitsun it rained all week....So looking forward to some sun......

I am guessing it will be somewhere between £3500 & £4000.......Haven't really thought..I just thought nearer the time i will advertise it (maybe on ebay) and on here but thought if anyone was thinking of maybe buying one towards the end of the yr......I will have one going up for sale...........Solid Van too.....in excellent condition

I do have some pics available

I may have another van in a couple of yrs but to be honest in 2010 i am 40...(ouch) so am hoping to go abroad again.....You kinda get the bug.

I don't do tents i'm afraid.Bought a brand new one last yr and had high winds and rain.....kept it for 4 days and then sold it and bought my van....Love the van but with my work shifts we just don't get the use.

I am bringing the van back end of Sep so be available from then....
