Hi Wizard
These are the settings for my voltmeter:
Blue and black wires are linked together and are connected to negative battery.
Red and green are linked together, wired through a switch and connected to positive battery.
DIP switch settings
1, off 2, on 3, off 4, on 5, on
Good luck!
Incidentally, as wel as monitoring battery probably worth weighing gas bottle before and after.

Incidentally, as well as monitoring battery it is probably worth weighing the gas bottle(s) before and after.

Can you link the meters to the battery to save having two sets of AA cells as well?

It's on my to do list , also tempted to get a shallower box , bought a deep one to house the batterys .

Btw , checked the caravan battery today , and it's beginning to loose charge , so think it's on the way out ( it's 4 years old ) , haven't got spare dosh to buy one before the weekend so will have to see how it lasts .
