Hi,
We have a Champangne series 5 and think its great but our next van is probably going to be a Provence. We use our 4 berth as a luxury 2 berth and with the provence you can leave the back bed down all the time so have the benefit of a not so fixed bed, the reason we dont want a fixed ned model is that they (in my opinion) are let down by the bathrooms. The only thing to take into account with the Champange is that they do seem to be fairly heavy on the noseweight. With everything out of the front locker and front draws empty in the cabinet it still comes in at over 90Kg and the car will only take 80kg max. There is a fair amount of things front of the wheels which all adds up, also, I have found that if the caravan is emptied of all its noseweight to bring it in line with the law then its all over the place when towing, so I have to do the inevitable.
When we bought ours the series 6 was coming out and we waited to see what the differences were and to be honest glad we chose the one we have.
Whatever your decision is I hope your are happy with it.
Cheers
Noffy
