I need a isabella forty awning annexe, can anyone help, also where can I get an awning zip restitched near Bradford.

Hi, my daughter has an isabella ambassador awning which had a tear in it.  She found a company called Triopair (I think its on website).  The lady in Triopair arranged for a courier to pick the awning up from my daughter's, repaired the tear and delivered it back.  All the cost of courier and repair was in the price.  Obviously dont know how much they charge for a zip but my daughters repair and delivery etc. was £50.  We thought that was very reasonable.  If you cannot find the contact details on the web reply to me and I will get telephone number from my daughter.  May take a day or two to get number.  Hope that may help.

Triopair, mentioned in another reply, is in Pontefract.  They extended our awning for us about 3 years ago and they are terrific.  I took our awning and they inserted two triangular pieces at each and of the roof section and because we didn't want to use poles attached to brackets on the caravan, they inserted another beading strip so we could use brackets which fasten onto this strip and then are held agains the caravan via the roof poles.  The job was very professional, the advice absolutely sound and the service second to none - they did this in 3 days.  I would recommend them to anyone who has anything wrong with their awning or, like us, want one extending.

Their premises are in a small industrial estate near the Fire Station in Pontefract.
