Locking studs can be fitted to caravan wheels in the same way as for cars. If your van has a spare steel wheel as fitted by the van maker, then the studs will be compatible with both steel and alloy wheesl.
In obtaining locking studs, it is essential that they are identical to the existing studs for thread size, thread length, and the same contour of the flanged area under the hexagon head. This last factor is extremely important so as to avoid distorting the profile of the fixing-stud holes in the alloy wheels, and to ensure no risk of the locking studs working loose during travel.
