We have just brought a Abi jubilee vicory .

It has an alarm but the seller has forgotten the code .

Does anyone know how to go about trying to find out the code ?

Who could we contact .

Is it a IDM if it is hear goes

clearing the system back to manufactures code and settings.
PRESS F keep finger on F key until 5 burst are heard from the keypad buzzer.the IDM has now reverted back to factory setiings.
this can only be done when the alarm is disarmed
the factory code on mine is 1234

testing the PIR.
PRESS F,PRESS 6
walk in front of the PIR
the light on the keyboard marked PIR will illuminate five times,and give an audable signal.

Testing the Siren.
PRESS F , PRESS 7
the siren will sound.press C to stop the siren.

Testing battery life.
PRESS F,PRESS 4
a number of pulses will be heard .. 1 pulse = 1 month , 3 pulses = 3 months up to a max of 8 months.if however a random flashing of the indicators occurs,this means the battery is in need of immediate charge.

do not charge the battery when the system is armed

Checking the tilt sensor
PRESS F,PRESS 9
adjust the level or move the caravan until one of the tilt sensor indicators on the keypad light up and gives an audible warning signal.
PRESS C.

Testing the tow sensor.
The towing vehicle must be connected to the caravan via the 12S plug before this test can be carried out.this sequence also assumed that the towing vehicle is correctly wired.
PRESS F,PRESS 8
the FNC light on the keyboard will stay on.
Disconnect the car from the caravan.the siren will emit a short burst followed by five flashes on the key pad tow sensor indicator,and give an audable warning.

CHANGING THE CODE
(1) PRESS F,PRESS 1
(2) enter the current code (1234) if new
(3) enter the desired code,4 digits
(4) PRESS F
this operation can be cancelled at any time before step 4 by pressing C.

Hi, Find out what system you have, ie. Plug in systems etc, go to your local caravan dealer he should help you, or contact Gary at Arc systems, he's on this site often,

The caravan comes back today its had a few jobs done on it so I will try your sugestion Gazza thankyou .

The alarm hasn't got a make on it just thought maybe its the originonal abi alarm .

It was a private sale , the van went to a dealer for a service and a few repairs .

The alarm box must have a "make" on it.

If it is part of the electrical control panel then it is likely it is an IDM one.
