Can any one help

We have a trumatic 2000s heater in our camper but no instructins can anyone help we are going away soon and nee the heater to work but don't know how tro light it

The 2000S is just another 1800 series heater so the controls are the same as the 1800,1800M, S or SC.

Hopefully someone has a copy of one of these manuals?

One difference is the Piezo igniter is separate and to the side of gas the control knob on some models and built into the control knob on later models.
If you only have the knob, turn the knob off stop and press down, continue turning while still holding down until knob drops a little further into a slot, release and repeatedly press again to get a spark.

The point is, all these fires only light when in the slot, the ignition position marked on the dial is often out of position so of little help.
On models with separate piezo it's the same as above but it's easier, once the gas control knobs dropped into the slot you can hold it there while pressing the separate piezo until it lights.

renew battery on igniter, mine wouldnt lite then read manual, changed said aa battery n its easy, keep warm lol
