I'm looking into buying my first caravan.

 I need a small, lightweight 2 berth caravan but I would prefer one with an L-shaped lounge to give a bit of floor space for the 2 dogs. I've done lots of hunting on the internet but I haven't found any with an L shaped lounge. I'd prefer to buy a fairly recent model from a dealer. Does anyone have any ideas?

look on caravan finder and you can search by berth and layout and havong had a quick look there are a few with the layout you require on there.

we have old (1996 i think) lunar chivron and its superb, there are five of us and a dog, when more than two of us go away we use awning as a bedroom which we find fine as we also love camping, the double bed can fit me and two teenagers and the others sleep in awning, when we sit to watch tv we are all sat reasonably comfortably as the L shape allows leg room and you can fit in a camp chair if needed, plus with the L shape you can have a little fold up table next to the window for your cup of tea/wine e.t.c. we use the shower for extra clothes hanging so although a two berth and very lightweight its still good for a larger group.

We had a beautiful 4 berth Bailey Pageant Moselle 2004 model . L shaped lounge and fantastic end toilet with seperate big shower. Side dinette that went into 2 bunks. Excellent caravan. Wasn't that heavy
