Be careful about buying a foreign van! most insurance company's will not touch them.

I must admit the are a nice van and well built though, but i believe Knaus only do 2 models and are both single axles

Hi, we have a Knaus Starclass 470, its a 2006 model and we think it is great. 

The quality of the fittings is excellent, as is the build quality.

We got ours new from Orpington Caravans in Kent, (now called Discover) and found them to be most helpful when we had a problem with a tap.

We have not had a problem insuring the van nor in booking at sites.

I am not sure if they do a twin axle model, but they are certainly great caravans.

No probem at all insuring our French van.
