Sorry to hear about the boat load of problems your having with your van, I think you've just been unlucky. I worked in the motor trade for many years and occasionly you would come across cars which just seem to have endless problems as well.

I've come across a few problems now but nothing tragic! the waste pipe to the outlet is too short, dodgy switch, empty toilet systern light not working and a few specks of dirt in the paintwork at the front of the van all of which the dealer said he will rectify. To be honest I think all new caravans seem to have problems judging by other caravaners I've met.

I know you have the 636 so hopefully I will direct this question at you or anyone else who can answer please.

There are 3 switch's as you enter the the van on the left hand side. I know one switch is for the awning light! what do the othe two do?
