I had towbar fitted by a firm in the Northwest 2yrs ago, I started to have a problem with the centre strut it had washers instead of spreader so yesterday I gave them a call, the reply I got when I got thru was sorry sir they went bust but "WE " can call and fix it but you will have to pay callout charge, my anwser no thanks, as it was a Towsure towbar I then rang them to ask how I could fix it they asked me to call back so they could advise me, when I rang back they asked for my name and address which I thought was strange I had only rang for info was then told they would post new strut to me right away. 8.50am THIS MORMING knock on door new stut, can anyone beat this for service ? Thank you TOWSURE
