Hi,I recently advertised for a caravan that I could use for storage.I have been offered one for £100.We went to view it this evening and on the carpet was what looked like a sort of orange peel,It was like a type of fungus.Does this mean the floor is rotten.we were going to go back tomorrow to have a proper look when it was daylight but do you think it is worth going back for a second look?Many Thanks Lynn.

Walk on the floor to see if it's solid. The fungus could simply be a very dirty carpet.
