I think they are whining about having to pay £200 to have their brakes inspected & a quick look around the rest of the caravan just to keep their warranties going.
If the dealer is doing the job properly an annual service should take 3-4 hours , I have personally watched my van being serviced (it took 3hrs 20 min) and the work carried out was done to a high standard including full damp check , brakes inspected & adjusted , gas system pressure tested and checked for leaks ,all road lights checked , 240 volt system including sockets checked , Alko coupling hitch and pads cleaned , tyre condition and pressures , 12s & 12n plugs cleaned and sprayed , all window catches and seals checked , full written condition report . I was charged £200 which i think is acceptable considering the level of work and time spent .

it does seem a lot but if you buy a new van you know it has to be serviced to keep up the warranty.ours is due 6th november (1st one) but we have had loads of warranty work done on it already so im going to hand over my £190-im not taking the chance of anything else going wrong!!!
