Hi all not quite fixed singles but anyone looking for a family van:

click on to Geist Aktiv 495.
Its a brand new Geist 495 Aktiv 2007 UK version model(door on the "correct" side), German built and was less than 9K with alko hitch and heiki roof lite
A basic model is 8.5K. We wanted rock solid single bunk beds for our children as one is a teenager and the other 11years old. These bunks can accommodate adults and the children have the extra play / breakfast area etc.. within the same end room.
The van is wider than the old one but has wheel dampers and a long A frame so it tows like a dream. Also as a point of interest Geist include the gas bottles and on board water tank (this has been removed on the UK versions and replaced with a Truma set up as in the UK) in the MPTLM so dont be put off by the weight of the caravans. We had to compromise a central dining area in the old van for the "childrens room" in the new van but they love it
