Next friday we pick up our new van and I am so excited. Man been out today to check ours out as a trade in and all ok so we are set for next week.

Our new van is a Bailey Senator Virginia Series 6, its the layout that we have wanted for ages but never thought we would have.

Has anyone else got one and what are your opinions Good or Bad???

Thanks for that are all the new mod cons that we are not used too easy to understand??

We will get a demo on friday but just wondered if anything was a bit harder to get right if you know what I mean???

Have you registered the tracker??

We too have just bought a bailey senator louisiana 5 and are waiting for it to arrive my wife thinks christmas has come early no beds to make up ,heating ,carpets...luxury!! .We have graduated from canvas so you can imagine her glee no more cold and damp!!.Hope you have many happy outings in your new van

Sorry its taken a while to get back to you..kids have been hogging computer!!

As on previous messages, have a good play about with every thing before you go. Our first trip out was during a weekend of pouring rain. Got there, got legs down, levelled up, hooked up, got water. Then all piled inside to get changed as we were soaked through. We set pump on and turned on taps, but nothing. Pump was going but no water. Hubby checked aquaroll which was totally empty so refilled thinking we were filling up the onboard tank. 3 aquarolls (and long trip to refill) later we discovered we had not closed drain valve. You can imagine hubbys reaction he was wearing his only other change of clothing and was soaked through. It took considerable alcohol to restore his good mood!!! MY ADVICE - CHECK VALVE IS CLOSED!!

We also found heating system a bit faffy but getting used to it now.
