Can someone offer help to a first time caravaner?

While spending this weekend on our first caravan outing our water stopped working. It came to light that the 'Ultraflow Water Intake Assembly' had floated to the surface of our 'Aqua Roll'. The question is simple.

Is there anything we can use to stop the hose from bending around and floating to the surface?

Any advice would be greatly recieved

you could use a stick to the correct depth and cable ties to hold it straight.failing that a weight of sorts.non toxic,brass maybe.and welcome.

Many thanks. I was thinking along the same lines. I was just wondering whether there was an extra piece of kit i could buy.
