hi, we have a heritage 600EB 2002 model. To be perfectly honest even with the instruction book you will be no better off as it is complicated to adjust the computerised clock and the instructions are usseless. Ours was already preset to come on at certain times and I have never been able to fathom out how to change it.
I presume you mean the alde heating panel, if so there are 4 buttons 1kw, 2kw gas burner and heat/hot water. We always have ours on 2kw but if You are on a site with not a good ampage then you may have to use it on 1kw. The gas burner is for when you put the heating on for the first time it helps it warm up quicker, we usually leave this on for 20 mins or so. If you want heat and hot water flick the knob to that if you just want hot water leave it on that. There is a switch on our van on the right hand side looking down the van towards the front window, on the panel under the seating, this needs to be on for anyting to work.
If you have the same panel then the temp is on the panel and there are two buttons like arrows this adjusts the temp. If the heating clicks off it usually shows 16 degrees just press the up arrow to raise the temp you hear a click and a little arrow appears in display this is when the heating will start to work again. We usually have ours on 30 to get warm and then turn it down to 26. Ours is set to come on and go off at certain times but like i said cant fathom out how to change it so just do it myself if it clicks off.
It can take a while to get warm but once it is warm its really WARM we have just spent new year in wales in -5 and had to throw the quilts off cos it was that warm.
Sorry to ramble but hope this helps I would photo copy the instructions and send them to you but unfortunately they are in the van which we have packed up today till march.
