well let see what you think !!!! for now i'll leave the dealers name out of it untill i get a reply from Bailey which im expecting tomorrow!!!!
we bought a new 550-6 aug this year when we got home noticed one of doors laminate was all bubbled like wall paper badly put up, contacted dealaer immediatley and we are still being told by them bailey have not sent parts and they will keep us informed!!!! now 5 months and if im not mistaken all the locker doors in other models have this size and colour as i have been back to dealer and measured some in other models!!!
so to be sure before i fall out with Bailey although they may not answer i have sent them a mail asking if they have doors etc then i can go to dealer guns blazing!!!!!! why should one get the other a bad name!!!!!
I think it may be the dealer stringing you along .When we had our Bailey the edging strip kept coming off the dealer kept stringing us along, we contacted Bailey as we had got fed up of waiting. We went to Longleat for a week and dropped the van off at their factory on our way home, they replaced all the doors and delivered it back to us.

you do not say which door is involved, ours is a 2003 bailey and the battery door blistered inside due to water ingress.i had to fit a new seal and a foam strip to stop this.
------------- the only silly question is the one you do not ask.

Not long ater getting my new van, I had a couple of small problems waiting for bits from my Bailey dealer. Nothing major but couple of small pieces needed replacing, in the end I got fed up of waiting and called Bailey direct, they were on my mat the following morning f.o.c.The customer services department I have found to be excellent at Bailey.
We purchased our new Bailey Caravan in February 08 and a couple of issues were rectified promptly by the dealer. They requested us a replacement table when the legs bent and a replacement blind from Bailey both were replaced within 7 days. can't praise Chichester Caravans or Bailey enough.
Could be the manufacturer playing silly, but as the doors are standard sizes, I think your dealer could do better - we ordered an 'extra' (a little draining rack that fixes on the back of the sink cover - standard on the model above ours, but not available on our model, but dealer told us he could get one as a spare and included it in the deal) with our caravan. After 3 months, it hadn't turned up from the manufacturer, and the dealer was getting fed up and felt bad for us being messed about, so he took one out of a display caravan and fitted it to ours, then replaced the display model when the item eventually turned up! So it CAN be done, if the dealer really wants to help.
we required a small part replacing for our new Bailey Ranger, and the dealer had the part within a week and he was on the phone asking me to bting the van in as he wanted to get on with the job.
