If you've got all these they're the most important and once you start on the beer and wine you won't care what you've got or haven't got anyway!!

Seriously though, all caravanners are different and you find out as you go along what you do and don't need!! I would take a fan heater or halogen heater.At this time of year everyone has tons of stuff running off the electrics which can reduce the heating in your 'van.If you've got kids then obviously you need rainy day stuff for them.A  tie down strap for your awning is a good idea and you need rock pegs for Sandy Balls -you can hire them from the site but it's always a good idea to get some to use at other sites.Don't forget to check your breakdown cover.

TIN OPENER.we forgot once,devil of a job to get one.a clean bottle for water because pipes can freeze.take your pump in at night.

Bedding AND pillows. I forgot the pillows one time it was awful using the cushions from the van for the weekend.

If your going to use the sites showers take flip flops or crocks so you don't need to stand on the floor while showering
