C5 if it,s 2.2 HDI unladen weight is 1485kg 85% is 1262kg this is only a guide line to what you can tow, your van weight is 1350kg, you would be towing at 91% the max tow weight stated by Citroen for the C5 is 1500kg nose weight 75kg if you are new to towing you should think carefully about it, as long as you load the van properly and get the nose weight right you should be ok, the car will pull the van no problem, it,s entirely up to you as to wether you feel safe towing at 91% some people tow upto 100%.
