The NEC show in Feb is really good, they also have boats on display which are nice to dream! My friend went to the Gmex and she too bought her van from Campbells, but not at the show, we didnt buy a Lunar because of the shorter warranty, then again, dont think it matters much nowadays as alot of companies are going bust. I wanted to look at the Fleetwoods and wondered why they werent there, after reading threads on this forum seems they are in trouble too which surprised me? It makes me wonder why they bother with the Gmex show at all if this is the opinion of people? Its a shame because it was good 3yrs ago when we first went. I was still dissapointed that Bailey werent there, being biased as I own a Bailey I wanted to look at the new California (fixed bed, full bathroom on a single axle!!!), so we ended up going to Reads in Blackburn to have a look and I have to say that Bailey have come up with a real corker here and should imagine they will flog them by the bucket load? The design is clever and it will appeal to couples looking for a fixed bed and big end bathroom all on a single axle van! Reads said they dont bother doing the Gmex show as they have already sold so many of these vans they dont need to exhibit there.
Enjoy the NEC show if you decide to go.
