Well you never seem to here the good things from the dealers do we,

we bought a second hand issabella awning from them, we look over it at the showroom all look well.

when we got home we took it out agine and noticed a small hole on the lower part of the awning, rang the showroom they told us to return it for them to have a lookat it.

we did return with it and pointed out the hole, we were offered a full refund but because we really liked the awning eddie the sales man offered to send it to issabella and get it repaired, we picked up the awning a couple of weeks later and isabeela had replaced the panel you can not tell the new panel from the old, this awning is two years old so has been used, just goes to show the quality of the canvas used.

we were very pleased with the service we recived well done glosop keep it up.

We have had no problems with Glossop but when we bought our caravan it was very busy and had to wait quite while and they did not even have time to check our old van over to see if it was in as good condition as i said it was.

I'm almost sure we bought our Avondale from them and they went out of business some months later.  This was in 1990.  Is it the same company, or a phoenix risen?

and im sure when we decide to buy a tourer again

we would go and see them.

well done ,you will find that isabella is up there with the best in awnings,well done glossop too.
