May I just say how happy we have been with the totally professional service and fantastic handover we received.

It almost made handing over the money for our new Pageant Bretagne pleasurable!!!

Even though we were trading in a Ranger S5 caravan with similar appliances, we were shown everything working with all services connected up. This was far more thorough than the handover when got our Ranger as complete caravan beginners.

thats good to hear, we mostly just get the bad news when things go wrong.

we bought are first new van from glossop caravans we were more than happy at the hand over, sales staff were very helpfull not at all pushy,got some great advice and help.

hope you enjoy your new van we are things are becoming more simple now, did not think we would be saying that this soon!

Bought our van from Chichester Caravans (Birmingham) in 2005 cracking deal and very good service.  Russell (sales) is a reaaly nice, honest bloke.  Am going back soon for a replacement.

We've bought two vans from Chichester Caravans in Bromsgrove and have also been very well looked after. Great deals both times too, without loads of nonsense haggling.

I have dealt with the Birmingham branch and the comments about Russell are spot on, he doesnt put pressure on and comes across a nice friendly lad. Sadly the Stourport branch(my local) has been a disappointment. We bought a new van from them and it seemed that it was like hard work for them with as little a handover as possible.  We got a comment about being an experienced vanner and would know where everything was. Needless to say I will drive to Birmingham or Bromsgrove in future.

 I have bought two vans from chichester birmingham delighted both times ,russell and all the staff very good nothing was to much trouble,called in last week for a browse and was told russell as moved to the bromsgrove branch.

There will be a handover and you have a guided tour of your van and hows things work. And enjoy your van when you get it. The after sales is second to none, its fab, brillant, cant fault it.
