Has anybody and experience of using this company?

Have been trying to get some goods I ordered from them mid February, have been so far let down on 3 suppoosed deliveries, constant answer phone and emails unanswered.

Getting a tad frustrated now

There are postings on another forum, too, about goods not being received despite money being taken from an account.  There are other postings on this forum too, about goods not being received, phones and emails not answered, and excuses being made for non-delivery.

Perhaps some kind soul who lives in Oldham might know more about what is going on.

 I have never heard of them and thought I knew all the dealers in the area, ( Rochdale, Oldham, Bury Manchester ) what is more there is no telephone number forthem in the local directory.

Have just spoken to Travis Perkins whose yard is in the same road and.as far as they are aware, Regent are still open for business.

Have sent recorded delivery letter today demanding money back, if no response will issue county court summons

Have sent an email to Nochex today quoting my reference number and asking for refund

Will wait to see what tomorrow brings!!

Hi Adrian the number is 0113 344 3996 this should be next to the NOCHEX entry on your credit card account. It will take a message & they will reply by email but do check your spam file as thats where i found my reply. I did leave a message 3 times before I received a reply Be sure that you have all info to hand I.e name of company.amount,date of transaction,& card number

I have received the following reply from Nochex today as the goods have still not arrived;

Dear Customer,

Please note that Nochex is an e-money issuer. You requested that a payment was to be made from your card for e-money, and then this payment was forwarded on to the seller as per your instruction.

Nochex did this, just as you requested, and as such we cannot accept liability or fault for our part in the process.

We understand that you are not satisfied with your transaction, but we are not able to offer refunds without the seller passing the money back via our systems as we do not have access to 3rd party bank accounts.

How did you manage to get your money back?

whats the email address?

i work at a repair shop close to travis perkins and can assure you there is no

regent caravan on that street if it is bell street oldham!!!

the only other caravan business is the breakers, as another member stated

i only know of 2 in or around oldham.
