Hi All,

Well what a weekend.  We took our new Bailey Ranger 460/4 S6 out for the first weekend away this weekend.  All was going so well untill we arrived at the campsite in the New Forest.  Un-hitched and noticed there has been a stone chip and crack on the front window.  Didnt let this spoil our break so this morning I called the Caravan Club Insurance the really nice lady told me I may be able to get it fixed under the warranty, thought this was strange so I called the dealer they said no it would not be under warranty so just waiting for a quote now.

Any one have any idea how much this may cost?

Hi Lyns - Sorry to hear of your problem, we had to replace one of the smaller windows in the front of ours. It cost £260 to replace the window but we didn't have any excess to pay. For some reason the insurance company said the excess didn't apply to the windows - so we didn't argue just accepted the money but our insurance did increase when we renewed the next time.
