The minimum distance between the actual caravan, motorcaravan or trailertent  walls, and an adjacent van, is 20 feet.  Then there is a 10 feet minimum between adjoining outfits in any direction.  I presume the lower figure allows for the presence of parked towcar and awning.

Our caravan is a 2-berth with end bathroom, so you wouldn't call it particularly large, yet the shipping length is 6.63 Metres.  So a 6M x 6M pitch is a bit tight for any average sized van.
