Hi
We use to have an "equal set up" i.e. car 75kg and van 75kg but i never went to the max as it was just that - a maximum and if anything shifts in transit then you could go over the limit for your set up.
I would personally go for something like 70-72kg, I would take out the hook up reel and check it again.
If i was towing without the family (sometimes went to local sites to set up first) then i would add the weight to the car to ensure correct or better ratio (85% rule)
