Hi folks, I live near York, can anyone recommend a company that will do a good service on my caravan?

It is an Eldiss Avante 534 of 2002 vintage

I could do it myself but insurance company wont accept that

Also The shower hose has been knocked off the tap, breaking the plastic connector, any advice on how to take the tap off to replace it?

hello there not cheap but discover is at york .flaxton just off A64 opposite the old little chef hope this helps

 

Try a mobile one, they are usually very good just chekc they can stamp your service book, ours are half the price of going to a dealer

 £180 for single axle and £220 for twin axle plus £40 hour labour at our local dealer.

Thanks for that info, it is interesting to find out that 'everything will be ok until we find it isnt' attitude,

I have phoned around all the agancies listed in the posts above but cant get booked in anywhere until May at earliest, that is not a problem as the van is not due until end of April,

I am about to contact Wandahome near Pontefract, their price is given as £177 for single axle including vat, but it depends how booked up they are, and if I hear any dodgy reports before then, not that I am expecting any, but who knows,
