Yes they were ultra narrow, designed for those with a tight space to park in. Bailey did a narrow/lightweight range at one time too, was it the Hunter Lites or something similar?
We own a 1989 Silverline 12/2GT, its normal caravan height as far as we can see, and a very cosy little van it is too, with all facilities on board.
We are confining our caravanning to France now as OH finds it too much to go further. We are off to Italy on June 11th and then back to France to haul her out of storage and tottle off up to Normandy for as long (or short) as we please. Well I will be retired then so we can afford to pick and choose.

I have three sides, left, right and wrong - which one are you on?
Plenty of them still about, I very nearly bought one a couple of years ago, there were quite a few for sale at the time. I ended up with a Freedom instead as it was newer. But the Freedom was too small so we changed again, maybe if I'd bouight the Silverline I wouldn't have had such a quick change.

If you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel, just keep going till you go round the bend.
