This weekend I'm going to look at a couple of Abbey Piper 2 Berth tourers (Around 1991/1992 year of manufacture) - I could do with knowing before I go what the MTPLM and Miro are rated at.  Width of the van would also be useful - might save me a 20mile journey if they're heavier than I want.  I'm basing my ideas on the specs I have for the Compass Echo (MTPLM 800) and the Eldis Wisp (MTPLM 750)   Any help would be appreciated.

I found a 1994 advertised at 850 Kgs. An older one may be a bit lighter if it has less specs e.g. flyscreens and blinds. The width is probably about 7ft 2 ins. Can't you ask the sellers for the weights and measurements before you go?

Thanks Caz - Yep I could ring the dealer but I'm just researching before I go 'cos it seems to be a big company with lots of vans so I'm hoping to eliminate some before I visit.  The site is on a big trading estate near Wetherby so I'll have a good browse tomorrow.  Thanks Mate,

I have a Piper  Executive 12.2  2 berth   1993 model - Internal Length 12'1  Overall Length 16'6  Internal height 6'3 Overall height 8'2 not inclusive of aerials but does include skylights.

Thanks Jadonamy - Just the job - can I just ask you what the width of the trailer is - trying to figure out the best place to park it in the garden.  Many Thanks
