Hello all. Thinking of buyind a new Lunar Quasar 615 and putting on a seasonal pitch. The pitch is about 40 miles from the dealership and i will have to borrow somebodies Kia Sedona to pull it there. My question is is it common to find faults on the van and to keep taking it back to the dealership to get is sorted out, like a shakedown period. Or are they generally ok, just dont want to be taking it down the M6 to Lostock hall every couple of weeks to get sorted out......

If you report any faults to the dealer they will usually fit in a date with you to get the van in, we have waited for some months in the past before taking the van in and still no problems with the warrenty.

I dont think faults are really so common as people assume. I suppose its like anything, if theres a fault in the odd one it gets publicity but nobody ever says "I bought a new ......... and its perfect and i have nothing to complain about"
Just to break this rule, I bought a new swift charisma 555 last year and its perfect and I have nothing to complain about.

Nothing against Lunar as we love ours, but it looks like you bought it from the same dealer as we did? To cut a long story short have a read of this thread lol.
Thanks for that June......it was an interesting read. The model we want to buy is a 2008 model, i hope they might of sorted that problem out after the complaints. Here's hoping they have anyway. I am also worried about buying from Cambells in Lostock Hall, has anyone else got an opinion on them?
