Hi, we have just been away in our caravan for the first time this season. We noticed that when we turned on the taps in the kitchen and shower room sinks, there was a leak at the bottom of the taps.
On closer inspection, the kitchen tap had a hairline crack in it from the top to the bottom which had been stuck with superglue by the previous owner and we hadn't noticed before-so at least we know why that was leaking.
But we are unsure why the bathroom tap is leaking aswell.
Anyway, we have since read that leaky taps can be caused by not leaving them open over the winter period during storage - has anyone else had this problem? do we have to buy a complete new tap for both areas or can we get away with buying just the replacement parts and any seals that are loose/damaged.
If anyone can help - it would be greatfully received.
Many Thanks,
