I don't agree, though, that you can't smell it whilst you're away.  We can - especially if we've been out for the whole day.  It's a sort of warm, cosy, sweet smell.   Mr Val A now butts in, cynically, and says - 'Perhaps what we're all smelling is just the blue or pink toilet fluid!!!!'.  I like to think not!

Sad though it sounds I love the smell of the blue toilet fluid.  That also reminds me of caravanning as a child (and of caravan accessory shops.  I'm sure they all smell of the blue chemical!).
