We found that if the caravan isn't level the fridge wouldn't work - so it is worth checking if it is level first.

Hi Niki,

I apologise if you have already done the following, but sometimes the simple solutions are often the ones overlooked.

What are you trying to run it on? Gas or electric. Whichever one.
Check all the simple things first

If gas, is it coming through? Is the ignition working? Are you holding the gas button until the thermo-switch becomes hot enough? Can you see a flame in the ignition window?

If electricity, is the fridge switched from car/battery to van? Is the fuse on the fuse board ok?

The caravan should be level for the fridge to work correctly.

depends on the van, mine has a plug and socket in the little cupboard underneath it, check the its plugged in, and that the socket works, as mine was the only thing wired into the 6a breaker

It will be plugged in somewhere and maybe the fuse has just gone. Its a pain when things dont work.
