We have decided to trade our beachcomber in for a 2003 sterling europa 525 thought we'd be excited getting a newer van until my husband went to take the van to the dealers for part exchange...what a horrible feeling that was ! could not go with him THANKGOD!! as i would have been an emotional wreck.

I hope whoever has her takes good care like we did.

We are looking forward to our L shape caravan does anyone else out there have one and if so how have they found this kind of layout.

We had a 1995 Bailey Beachcomber for almost 10 years and when we did trade it in tears were shed!  It was a great 'van and we loved it dearly.  Had 3 new 'vans since it went and none have really come close to it despite costing much more!

andy68,

It must be hard work trying to tow an 'L' shaped caravan!

Sorry, couldn't resist that silly comment!

I've just come back from my first holiday with my new to me Compass. We've got an L shaped lounge. I did have some doubts about the apparent lack of storage in the van, but it's brill!! And the storage is deceptive, there's loads of room for everything!

I love the layout, it seems very roomy in the lounge. If I was going to nit pick, the bed isn't as huge as in my previous Adria 4 berth, but that was massive and this one is plenty big enough.

I fell in love with the long window in the lounge when I viewed the van, and I still really love it. I'm very very pleased with the van, love the L shape and everything else.

I hope you enjoy your new van as much as I have done mine.
