Hi  got second hand caravan bought awning for £250 off dealers where i bought van. put awning up as we have a seasonal pitch. had call from site to say pegs not holding awning sorted this out only to have a call today  to say that one off the front poles have bent due to heavy rain collecting on top what am i doing wrong its is a doreama awing which is surposed to to a good make. is it the way it is put up am new to this   June

Hi, not enough tension roof poles allowing puddles to  form on roof or front poles to high no fall(slope) water cant drain off roof
