Our mover is not working, we had a new remote sent out and now a new control box but the lights are just not working on the box at all. The wires are only inches from box to battery so dont know what else could be wrong.

Did you solve the problem? The reason I ask is that I am thinking of buying a Enduro mover.

Have you checked the voltage from the battery to the control box?

Inline fuse OK?

You did turn it on with the red master key didn't you?

Hi

I had my Enduro throw a bit of a brain f#+t. I had to reset the box (small black button on rear) let the light flash quickly press the reset again then the red on button on the remote and away it went, had to do it twice now but still really impressed with it.

Homestead did tell me that the control box didn't like trying to work while hook-up was connected so I fitted the battery isolator switch so it could work while the hook-up/ charger was on.

Hope this helps.

Lou

Have you got 12v feed to the mover control box? Is the battery FULLY charged?

Make sure you have good connection at the battery you say you have no isolator so the next connections are on the control box I think it's terminals 1 and 2, They are marked 12v pos and neg (+ and -).

if you have power there press the reset and hold for a few seconds till the lights flash then press again then operate the handset.

Thats all I had to do to mine it was fine after that.

good luck

Trev.

Must be a fault with the power feed to the box. Either the live cable, or the earth cable. I presume you did fit a fuse to the live cable?

I wouldnt have thought it was safe to leave the control box connected to the battery all the time. Im sure it would drain the battery even though it is not in use.

There normally isn't a fuse in the live feed.

Otherwise, I agree with everything you said, Grampian.

My bet is that the spade terminals on the wires between battery and control box aren't connected properly.

If it was the wires back to the motors, you would expect one motor at least to work.

The Enduro kit supplies a master switch, and the instructions say put it in.

Are you really sure there isn't one, which has been switched off?

I was surprised too when you said there was no master switch or lights. I ahve both on mine. I had to have a new remote and had to reset the master box. everything was fine after that.
