Our mover is not working, we had a new remote sent out and now a new control box but the lights are just not working on the box at all. The wires are only inches from box to battery so dont know what else could be wrong.
That's a bit too far for me , send me a email ( address below ) i'll try and come up with a few idea's for you , things you can check and email them to you . If you can email me , some pictures of your control box ( showing wiring ) , some of your battery connections and a picture of each motor showing connections ( wires ) .
I had my Enduro throw a bit of a brain f#+t. I had to reset the box (small black button on rear) let the light flash quickly press the reset again then the red on button on the remote and away it went, had to do it twice now but still really impressed with it.
Homestead did tell me that the control box didn't like trying to work while hook-up was connected so I fitted the battery isolator switch so it could work while the hook-up/ charger was on.
Hope this helps.

Oh ok, thanks, there are no lights on the control box at all, I have tried the reset and have now been sent a new box but nothing, so a new box and remote and am still stuck
Have you got 12v feed to the mover control box? Is the battery FULLY charged?
Make sure you have good connection at the battery you say you have no isolator so the next connections are on the control box I think it's terminals 1 and 2, They are marked 12v pos and neg (+ and -).
if you have power there press the reset and hold for a few seconds till the lights flash then press again then operate the handset.
Thats all I had to do to mine it was fine after that.
good luck

Must be a fault with the power feed to the box. Either the live cable, or the earth cable. I presume you did fit a fuse to the live cable?
I wouldnt have thought it was safe to leave the control box connected to the battery all the time. Im sure it would drain the battery even though it is not in use.
I was surprised too when you said there was no master switch or lights. I ahve both on mine. I had to have a new remote and had to reset the master box. everything was fine after that.
