on my B+E test you have to wind the jockey wheel down

to see if it lifts the car up a bit to check its on

AS well as having a walk round before setting off, I also stop as soon as a reasonable space presents itself and have a further check. Maybe overkill but (touch wood) no dramas yet!!! Whats an extra minute or two compared to a life!!!!
