Please sack the kid that designed your new web site!

Flash is fine in moderation but to have it plastered throughout the site is overkill. The images rotate too quickly and the text, although very pretty is difficult to read, doubly so when it disappears before having a chance to read it!

Nice idea but unfortunately you have been blinded by the techies and designers.

Before you say a pdf is available - not everyone wants to download a pdf!

Just had a look and couldn't agree more with Knightwarrior , the text is a horrible faded black/grey colour and the slide shows don't give you a chance to look properly at the pictures .

Come on Bailey , please sort it out .

First rule of website design: don't have a white background (it glares!)

Second rule of website design: put your text in a contrasting colour (otherwise it's impossible to read)

Third rule of website design: Don't have massive animated graphics in your bulletin board signature
